Underdog Studios current hourly rate is $35.00. You get access to all the gear and and a producer who will handle all the recording duties. Your producer will also help you get the most out of your recording time by showing you ways to save time and get a better sound. Think of your producer as a "creative coach" who will get the most out of you.

Right now, Underdog Studios is offering local bands FREE STUDIO TIME! For a limited time, Underdog Studios will bring quality local bands into our studio to record one acoustic track at absolutely NO CHARGE!

What is the catch?

Great venues don’t sign acts they’ve never heard

You need a demo CD. Not just something your cousin recorded, but a quality, full multi-track production that shows how good you can sound.

Like you, we're musicians. And we understand that the prospect of paying for studio time is scary. So we make things as easy as possible.

Our normal studio charge is $35 an hour. Thats for access to all of our gear and your very own producer!

If you took 20 hours to create a 3 song CD, you would have to pay $700 for studio time, plus there would be mixdown time and duplication fees and more.

Put up $150 and get your first 10 hours of recording. That's $15 an hour.

If you like what you hear, we'll keep going, if not, you can walk away without paying another dime.

Keep in mind that you don't get any finished tracks unless you complete the whole $437 program. But if you lock in now, we'll produce up to 3 tracks with a total studio time (including post production mix time) of up to 30 hours.
